Over the years, CM has transformed into a full-service agency including creative, social, content, design and development. We’ve kept the core of our business but also expanded as the digital landscape has evolved.

Aaron LeslieManaging Director
Aaron started at CM in 2005 as a project manager and worked his way up. He believes that having a strong relationship with clients and with team members is extremely important to success. He's not a fan of neck ties and usually has a bowl of Starbursts on his desk. In early 2017, he purchased the agency from the original owner and is working to make CM a stronger and more creative agency.
Rusty JamesDesign Director
A seasoned designer himself, Rusty has spent the last 20+ years with CM creating a full spectrum of memorable visual experiences. From web designs and infographics to video production and print advertising, he’s played in many fields and loves the challenge of discovering new and emerging forms of content.
Evan PoeAccount Director
With more than 20 years of digital marketing experience, Evan has worked on all sides of the industry including sales, design, development and management and brings a well-rounded approach to all campaigns he is involved with. As a member of the CM team, Evan currently manages relationships and campaigns for clients ranging from medium sized local businesses to multi-national corporations. As a husband, a father of four daughters, and a grandfather, he has also become a fantastic problem solver and communicator.
Sydney BanksSocial Strategist
Sydney Banks is our Social Strategist here at CM. She spends her days in the office strategizing social media content, managing ad campaigns, and generating detailed reports. Away from work, she stays busy as a mom of four and enjoying time with her family and their lovable loaf of a Golden Retriever. She has a slight obsession with Minions and it’s not unusual to see Minion paraphernalia close by at all times.
